My role

I design the strategy and functional structure that make AI useful.

I start by understanding the objectives, operations and decisions behind the business. I analyse how people work, how information flows and where friction, duplication, waiting or knowledge loss occur.

From that assessment, I identify and prioritise opportunities for AI, automation, agents or knowledge systems. Only then do we define the appropriate solution, its requirements and the conditions for sustainable adoption.

I do not sell tools or develop software. I define how a solution should work so that business and technical teams can evaluate it clearly.

Specialisation

Hospitality is my focus. Operations are the shared language.

I specialise in hotels, hotel groups, resorts, premium hospitality and experience-led businesses, where coordination, knowledge and service quality are essential.

I also work with service businesses in other sectors facing repeated tasks, scattered information or coordination difficulties.
