01 · The situation
Start with the actual process.
Several guest comments mention the same difficulty. Before drafting more replies, the hotel needs to understand whether an operational pattern exists and where it occurs.
02 · What I would analyse
Information, responsibilities and decisions.
- The comments, dates and context behind the apparent pattern.
- Labels and links to original sources so observations remain traceable.
- The actual process with the team, rather than inferring a cause from reviews.
- Who could own an improvement and how it would be checked.
03 · What I would design
A functional basis for implementation.
A traceable review structure, rules for grouping and validation, ownership, an improvement hypothesis and pilot criteria. Review signals must be distinguished from verified process findings.
Repeated mentions of waiting are a signal to investigate. They do not prove a staffing shortage or a particular cause. Contrast them with timing, service context and the team before changing the process.
04 · Where AI could help
Support grounded in verified information.
AI could suggest themes and prepare summaries with source references. People review labels, context and conclusions. Its output is an aid to analysis, not proof of causation.
05 · How to validate value
Measure the improvement before expanding it.
Compare the relevant process and guest feedback before and after a pilot, using periods with similar service and demand conditions. Avoid assuming savings or treating fewer reviews as proof of improvement.
