Repeated data entry
I examine where data originates, why it is copied and which checks are required before identifying unnecessary or automatable steps.
Strategy · Operations · Business decisions
Before reducing repeated tasks or improving coordination, we need to see the complete process: its trigger, participants and where time or information is lost.
I analyse real processes to define the right improvement and the role of AI, automation or knowledge management.

My approach
Adding AI to unnecessary steps, outdated information or unclear responsibilities can preserve existing friction. I do not sell tools or develop software. I define functional requirements grounded in the business.
I do not sell tools or develop software. I define priorities and functional requirements. Any technical implementation is assessed separately.
Where I can help
I examine where data originates, why it is copied and which checks are required before identifying unnecessary or automatable steps.
I review source reliability and exceptions before defining an assistant to retrieve instructions or draft responses.
I identify handovers, responsibilities, status changes and controls needed to maintain continuity.
I assess where AI can support gathering and summarising information, and where human verification remains necessary.

Before we start
No. We assess the problem first. The appropriate response may be a process change, conventional automation or generative AI.
My work focuses on assessment, strategy and functional design. Development and integrations are a separate phase, evaluated with your team or technical provider.
After the initial conversation, you receive a proposal specifying the processes, participants, deliverables, timeline and price before engaging the service.
The working arrangement depends on scope. Remote sessions and any necessary on-site visits are agreed beforehand.
We agree indicators tied to the process and a baseline. Estimates state their assumptions; a pilot can validate the improvement. Specific savings are not guaranteed in advance.
