Artificial intelligence consulting for businesses.

If your team spends too much time finding information, repeating tasks or coordinating work, the first step is understanding why and what is worth improving.

I am Tamara González Molina, a Strategic AI Consultant and Functional AI Solutions Architect. I turn operational challenges into priorities and clear requirements to guide investment decisions.

My approach

I start by understanding the business.

The assessment starts with your objectives, the work people actually do and how information flows. I do not sell tools or develop software. I define what to address and how the solution should work; development and integrations, if needed, belong to a subsequent technical phase.

I do not sell tools or develop software. I define priorities and functional requirements. Any technical implementation is assessed separately.

Where I can help

Processes we can examine.

Sales enquiries and follow-up

Enquiries that require information from several sources, proposals that need to be rewritten and opportunities that lose continuity. I examine the journey from request to response.

Operations and coordination

Duplicated tasks, stalled approvals and requests without a clear owner. I review the complete process to identify what to simplify, automate or support with AI.

Organisational knowledge

Scattered procedures and answers that depend on one person. I examine sources, ownership, updates and permissions before considering an assistant.

Management information

Manual reporting and customer feedback that accumulates. I define which decisions need support and which reliable data could inform them.

Before we start

Questions about the engagement.

Do I need to choose an AI tool first?

No. We assess the problem first. The appropriate response may be a process change, conventional automation or generative AI.

Do you develop software?

My work focuses on assessment, strategy and functional design. Development and integrations are a separate phase, evaluated with your team or technical provider.

How are scope and price agreed?

After the initial conversation, you receive a proposal specifying the processes, participants, deliverables, timeline and price before engaging the service.

Can we work remotely?

The working arrangement depends on scope. Remote sessions and any necessary on-site visits are agreed beforehand.

How is value measured?

We agree indicators tied to the process and a baseline. Estimates state their assumptions; a pilot can validate the improvement. Specific savings are not guaranteed in advance.
